Junior Assistant – Digital Communications & Administrative Support

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Type: Part-time / Entry-level (4-5 Hours per week)

About the Role
Caldera Cybersecurity Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Assistant to help keep our online presence strong and our operations running smoothly. This is a new role at a growing, community-focused cybersecurity company—ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn a little bit of everything. You’ll work directly with the founder to support day-to-day tasks, manage online updates, and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update social media posts, blog articles, and website content.

  • Monitor website performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and direct messages in a timely, friendly manner.

  • Help manage scheduling—reminding about upcoming events, preparing materials or presentations, and keeping track of deadlines.

  • Assist with light research and drafting of outreach or follow-up communications.

  • Provide general administrative support to keep things organized and on track.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated—you take initiative and follow through.

  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic website tools (WordPress experience is a plus).

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with good judgment.

  • Interested in technology, cybersecurity, or digital marketing (experience not required—curiosity is key).

  • Excited to grow alongside a small, mission-driven company.
