Caldera Cybersecurity Services LLC sends SMS messages only to users who have affirmatively consented to receive them.
Users may separately opt in to:
- Informational messages concerning inquiry responses, information-request follow-ups, and service-information confirmations; and
- Promotional messages concerning cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, security-policy updates, and secure AI-tool guidance.
How to opt in
Users opt in through the Request Information form on this website. Providing a mobile number is optional. Both SMS consent checkboxes are unchecked by default.
A user must select the applicable SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. Entering a mobile number or submitting the form without selecting an SMS checkbox does not constitute consent, and no SMS message will be sent.
Consent is optional and is not required to request information or purchase services.

Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, with up to four messages per month for each program selected. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time. We will send one final confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent for the applicable program unless you opt in again.
